Morts I just really dig the sound these guys produce! There are soft, cruise-inducing moments to draw you into the ensuing whirlwind of desert rock and guitar lead breaks to explode your head! Raw and professional at the same time. Crank 'em up! Favorite track: Broken Hands.
Harry Harrison

Harry Harrison No Burning Fire is a fusion of a Sound Garden-ish Stoner groove and guitar breaks that would not be out of place in an 80ies Heavy Metal band. With shades of light and dark, Kallus Valley put their own twist on a classic sound with the marriage of these great genres, and they have done it very well indeed. Favorite track: Innerfearance.

Bucky Kallus Valley is chalked to the brim with scorching melodic groove flowing with heavy metal hot enough to melt your face and smooth enough to have you drooling for more.

Head down in the water now Oh the waves are drowning slow Lost forevermore in a fear all my own The scars are too buried to show Staring through this hole in the wall Losing my grip as I fall No turning back this time Temptation sinking its teeth Becoming numb in this restless sleep Light the chains on fire as the cycle repeats Staring through this hole in the wall Losing my grip as I fall No starting over this time Blessed Apathy Turn your eyes on me Long is the road at my feet God I feel so weak/ All is beyond my reach

Broken Hands 04:58
A world of confusion behind sunken eyes Never found who they said you were supposed to be Broken hands that used to count the minutes by Broken smile that used to set me free You walk alone these days A little slower in your older ways Strangers surround you but they don't see The heaviness that pulls you down and brings you to your knees Broken hands that used to count the hours by Time has gone and you will not be free Too long have I waited here for you Too long and there's nothing left that I can do Your mother's a liar She said you would be okay Your mother's a liar And you're gonna be just like her someday

Statues of those who will never grow Never come into the light Given in to the doubt and second-guessing Refusing to compromise Fade away Rather be nothing As long as you're safe All around as they beg for your company Unsatisfied, the heart of the blind Live your days so cautiously Your inner fear's got you paralyzed Just fade away You'd rather be nothing As long as you're safe (whispers) Inner fear has got you paralyzed GOT YOU PARALYZED! Inner fear has got you paralyzed (X2)

The lights are twisting, turning overhead Warm at first, but now they're burning The smoke, its circles, spiral to the sky These heavy clouds begin their turning No burning fire No burning fire No burning fire can reach me Reflections beckon from the broken glass Of a world so cold in its masses A shattered window was the perfect mask To hide behind as it passes No burning fire No burning fire No burning fire can reach me Pray on, pray on Fight for the sun to rise again Before your chance is no more (x2) Pray on, pray on Fight for the sun to rise again Before the chance is no more Pray on Fight for the sun to rise Before your chance is no more
